How many treats per person?
Hi everybody,I'm wanting to add sweet tables to my business (I currently do cake design). I'm doing a LOT of research before I get started on this plan!Where I'm struggling with is, how much per person? As in, say the event is for 120 people. How many of the various treats to you order (or in my case, bake)? You certainly don't want 120 cookies, 120 cupcakes, 120 cake truffles, and so on.
